By purchasing creations on the lartapart.fr website, you also agree to the general conditions of sale and use. Therefore, please read these carefully before visiting the l'art à part website.
If you do not agree to all of the Terms, then you must not access the Website or use any services offered on it.
This site will be updated regularly. It is therefore necessary to pay attention to the general conditions of sale, which may be modified from one sale to the next.
3. Access to the site and responsibilities
The Site is accessible free of charge anywhere to any user who is at least 18 years old or has parental authorization to access the site lartapart.fr. You must not transmit any worms, viruses or code of a destructive nature. A violation or breach of any of the Terms will result in the immediate termination of your Services.
4. Products and prices:

6. Billing Accuracy:
I reserve the right to refuse any order you place on the lartapart.fr website. If an order is canceled or modified for any reason, you will be notified by phone and/or email, which you provided at the time the order was placed. Your order will then be refunded to the same payment method used when placing the order or modified in agreement with the seller.
We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

7. Payment security:
lartapart.fr does not have access, at any time and in any way, to your banking data.
8. The order:
The customer has the option to add items to their cart on the website. Before proceeding to payment, the customer must verify the price, products, and delivery information. Following your order, you will receive a confirmation email from lartapart.fr.
9. Delivery terms:
Deliveries are made by La Poste.
In fact, you have the option of choosing delivery via La Poste Colissimo/green letter depending on the weight of the items ordered,
Delivery costs are your responsibility and depend on the weight of your package and the destination country.
Products will be shipped within 48-72 business days. Delivery times are approximate, with 4 to 6 days for delivery by La Poste.
If you unfortunately have the wrong delivery address, the package will normally be returned to me, so I will resend it to you immediately. However, it is possible that the package arrives damaged and therefore I will not be able to resend it.
If your package arrives late due to postal services, lartapart.fr
declines all responsibility.
If your products arrive damaged, you will need to notify the postal service of any delivery anomalies. You will also need to notify them at the following address: lartapart@hotmail.com
If the tracking number indicates that the package has indeed been delivered or dropped off at the address, no refund or exchange can be made.
10. Customs fees:
Orders placed on the art apart website outside of France may be subject to taxes, which will be your responsibility. By ordering, you acknowledge the taxes that your order may incur.
11. Consumer's right of withdrawal:
For all distance sales, the consumer customer has a period of 15 days to withdraw from the purchase from receipt of the goods, in accordance with the provisions of Articles L 121 et seq. of the French Consumer Code. The customer can then return their package without justification within 15 days.
However, the products sold by lartapart.fr are very fragile and breakable. delivery, if a customer wishes to return the items, they must be packaged as in the first delivery (bubble wrap, cardboard, and other papers that can protect the packages). If the returned package is poorly packaged or unprotected, and therefore the creations are broken, the return will be at your expense and no refund will be made. The products must be intact. Each return of your packages must be informed to me at the following email: lartapart@hotmail.com and you must indicate the reason for the return.
So you will need to provide me with the tracking number for your return as proof of shipment.
Return costs are the responsibility of the user.

12. Reimbursement:
Any returned package that is damaged will not be refunded if it was delivered in perfect condition. Refunds must be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned item. Refunds will be made using the same payment method chosen by the customer when placing the order.
14. Guarantees:
Products on the lartapart.fr website are likely to be broken during delivery. If your products arrive damaged, I will report any anomalies concerning the delivery to the postal services and that you have notified me at the following address: lartapart@hotmail.com and this within 2 days following receipt of the package. Following exchanges with the postal services, I will then make a refund of the price of the damaged item, and/or the delivery costs if the customer only purchased one item.
However, it is possible that creations sold on my site lartapart.fr, have one or more defects, because they are handmade. The defects will be mentioned in the description of the product and/or taken in photos, if necessary and disturbing. In this case, no item will be refunded. The same applies to items on sale. Products on sale on the site lartapart.fr are items with defects. I will therefore not accept any refund requests for a sale item with a defect.
